Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd, part of TEKsystems’ Services Delivery Team, seeks a Delivery Lead to drive capacity-based solutions for clients. You will oversee consultant performance, onboarding, and scheduling, while managing relationships and reporting across engagements.

The role emphasizes profitability, risk management, and high service levels, with extensive direct client interaction and stakeholder coordination to meet client expectations and contract commitments.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to forge relationships in challenging environments.
• Familiarity with contingent labour and staffing agency dynamics.
• Understanding of SOW and contractual obligations in supplier-client relationships.
• Extensive experience in direct interactions with external end clients.
• Strong questioning and analytical thinking skills.
• Capable of distilling information into concise reports.
• Highly organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and provide status reporting regarding resources on engagement as defined by client.
• Manage revenue tracking and consolidate project status and budget information.
• Perform issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of consultants and timekeeping/scheduling processes.
• Manage communications plan and participate in Account Strategy with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction through TEKsystems methodology.
