RiskData Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the implementation, enhancement and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting applications.

The focus is on Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms, supporting Basel III regulatory capital calculations, liquidity risk management and regulatory reporting. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize ETL processes, and ensure high-quality production deployments with timely

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Moody’s RAy, RCO and Fermat.
• Proven Basel III regulatory reporting and risk application delivery.
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and ETL proficiency.
• Experience with LCR, NSFR, IRR, IRRBB metrics and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting solutions using Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms.
• Configure and customize risk applications to support Basel III requirements (SA, EAD, RWA).
• Manage enhancements, data integration, migration and configuration changes for risk systems.
• Oversee ETL development, data mapping, validation and reconciliation using Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting implementations supporting LCR, NSFR, IRR, IRRBB and related metrics.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, risk, finance, data and infra teams to translate requirements.
• Monitor deliverables, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies to ensure quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of data, calculation and batch issues.
• Optimize performance, ETL and batch orchestration using Control-M, Spark and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Manage release planning, environment migration and production handovers.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams across locations.
