Job summary

uarrow pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the implementation and enhancement of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting apps across Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms in Singapore.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, configure risk solutions for Basel III, oversee data mapping and ETL processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant deployment and post-implementation validation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Moody’s RAy/RCO platforms.
• Knowledge of Basel III regulatory reporting.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PL/SQL and ETL experience.
• Experience with batch scheduling and automation (Control-M).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting solutions using Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms.
• Configure and customize risk applications to support Basel III regulatory requirements, including SA, EAD and RWA calculations.
• Manage enhancements, data integration, migration and configuration changes for credit and liquidity risk and regulatory reporting systems.
• Oversee ETL development, data mapping, validation and reconciliation using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Coordinate implementation of regulatory reporting solutions supporting LCR, NSFR, IRR, IRRBB and other metrics.
• Lead technical impact assessments, solution design, development, testing, deployment and validation.
