Job summary

REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the implementation, enhancement and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting applications, focusing on Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms.

You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, support Basel III regulatory calculations, liquidity risk management and regulatory reporting, and lead cross-functional teams through design, testing and production deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Moody’s Risk Analytics platforms, RAy and RCO.
• Experience implementing Basel III regulatory reporting and risk applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with risk metrics like LCR, NSFR and RWA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting solutions.
• Configure risk applications to support Basel III requirements and risk calculations.
• Manage data integration, migration and configuration changes across risk systems.
• Oversee ETL development, data mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting deployments and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, risk, finance, data and infrastructure teams to translate requirements.
