Job summary

UARROW PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the implementation, enhancement and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting applications.

The role focuses on Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms, supporting Basel III capital calculations, liquidity risk management and regulatory reporting. You will lead end-to-end delivery, configure risk applications for Basel III requirements, and coordinate ETL development, data mapping and validation with business analysts,

Qualifications

• Experience with Basel III regulatory reporting, credit risk and liquidity risk applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ETL processes, data integration and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with regulatory metrics such as LCR, NSFR, IRR, IRRBB, EAD and RWA.
• Experience delivering or supporting Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms and Fermat integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting solutions using Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms.
• Configure and customize risk applications to support Basel III regulatory requirements and calculations.
• Oversee ETL development, data mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate implementation of regulatory reporting solutions for LCR, NSFR, IRR, IRRBB and other risk metrics.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams across locations.
