Job summary

Riskdata Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the implementation and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting applications, focusing on Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms.

You will configure risk applications for Basel III calculations (SA, EAD, RWA), oversee data integration, ETL, and batch processing, and coordinate cross-functional teams across project locations to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Moody’s RAy, RCO and Fermat.
• Experience implementing Basel III regulatory reporting, credit risk and liquidity risk applications.
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, data integration and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of banking risk analytics and regulatory reporting solutions using Moody’s RAy and RCO platforms.
• Configure and customize risk applications to support Basel III regulatory requirements.
• Manage enhancements, data integration, migration and configuration changes for risk systems.
• Oversee ETL development, data mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate implementation of regulatory reporting solutions supporting LCR, NSFR, IRR, IRRBB.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with analysts, risk, finance, data and infrastructure teams to translate requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables, timelines and risks; ensure quality standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of application/data/batch issues.
• Optimize performance and batch orchestration using Control-M, Spark, PL/SQL.
• Manage release planning, environment migration and production handovers.
• Provide technical leadership across project locations.
