Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Warehouse & Distribution leader in Singapore. You will oversee warehousing, distribution, and 3PL oversight across MedTech franchises, driving superior customer experience and cost efficiency.

You will lead the Order to Cash team, ensure compliance with global standards, and collaborate with regional teams to implement Singapore distribution strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s Degree or MBA mandatory.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in distribution or customer service.
• Experience in healthcare sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end order processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehousing and distribution activities including freight, customs, and order processing.
• Manage 3PL relationships, cost controls, and distribution KPIs (OTIF, Perfect Order).
• Lead Order to Cash processes and ensure superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive improvement.
