Job summary

Precision Fabricators (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and manage defence maintenance and engineering projects from initiation to completion in Singapore. You will oversee repairs of military vehicles and related systems, liaising with clients and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years in project coordination, strong communication, planning, and problem solving skills, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering project coordination.
• Experience in Defence, Heavy Equipment, Automotive heavy vehicles or industrial machinery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage defence maintenance and engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials and equipment for project execution.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of military vehicles and related mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with workshop supervisors, engineers and technicians throughout maintenance.
• Review technical reports, inspection findings and repair documentation for quality.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and engineering specs.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams during project execution.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to minimise delays.
