Job summary

Precision Fabricators (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and manage defence maintenance and engineering projects from initiation to completion. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and at least 2 years of experience in engineering project coordination, with proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of engineering project coordination experience.
• Experience in Defence, Heavy Equipment, Automotive Heavy Vehicles or Industrial Machinery.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• AutoCAD proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage defence maintenance and engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials and equipment required for project execution.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of military vehicles and related mechanical systems.
• Coordinate closely with workshop supervisors, engineers and technicians throughout the maintenance process.
• Review technical reports, inspection findings and repair documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure projects comply with contractual requirements and engineering specifications.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimise project delays.
