Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure finance, project finance, or related roles.
• Experience supporting transaction execution, including due diligence and documentation.
• Familiarity with working alongside legal, technical, and financial consultants.

• Coordinate data collection and document preparation for due diligence exercises.
• Manage information flow and deadlines across internal teams and external consultants.
• Support the Director of Strategic Finance in preparing investor presentations.
