You will travel up to 30% and work onsite five days a week, engaging with dealers, customers, and Caterpillar teams to provide solutions and drive service excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead initiatives to elevate dealer capabilities, capacity and profitability.
• Support the implementation of Services Commitment and related initiatives.
• Identify and deliver targeted Service Operations improvements.
• Liaise with dealers, customers and Caterpillar personnel to analyze and develop solutions.
• Assist dealers in business planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Counsel dealers to develop increased human performance capability.
• Support rollout of new products, services and solutions to dealers.
• Stay updated on industry, technology and digital advancements to meet customer needs.
