Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3–5 years in Operations, preferably derivatives and collateral management.
Strong analytical, communicational and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Margin Processing and Portfolio Reconciliation for margined products including derivatives.
Inventory management for securities financing, margin and collateral optimization.
Service management with counterparties, brokers, triparty agents and custodians.
Improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and uphold robust controls.
Participate in system upgrades, automation, and AI-enabled data analysis.
Coordinate with asset departments, traders, risk and corporate services.
Evaluate and implement new margin workflows for new products/markets.
