Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3–5 years in Operations, preferably derivatives and collateral management.
• Strong analytical, communicational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Margin Processing and Portfolio Reconciliation for margined products including derivatives.
• Inventory management for securities financing, margin and collateral optimization.
• Service management with counterparties, brokers, triparty agents and custodians.
• Improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and uphold robust controls.
• Participate in system upgrades, automation, and AI-enabled data analysis.
• Coordinate with asset departments, traders, risk and corporate services.
• Evaluate and implement new margin workflows for new products/markets.
