Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking an Operations Excellence Executive within its Global Logistics Innovation center in Singapore. The role supports DC operations, system procedures, and projects, leveraging deep DC best practices to drive process improvements and innovations across local and global scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in logistics, supply chain or business admin.
• 3–5 years in warehouse planning or logistics operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong academics or project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate warehouse management system, automation and ERP integration projects from exploration to implementation.
• Initiate and coordinate system and process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
• Plan and design warehouse layouts for existing and new facilities to optimize space and flow.
• Generate regular reports and operational statistics for management decisions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for receiving, outbound, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procedures and best practices.
• Deploy new procedures and conduct training to ensure smooth adoption.
