Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Data Center operations in Singapore. You will respond to client requests, handle emergency calls during shifts, and assist the Operations Lead to maintain 100% uptime of critical M&E systems.

The role requires familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, strong English communication, and experience in a data center or critical environment. Rotating shifts and weekend duties may apply.

Qualifications

• ITE/Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent field of study required.
• Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment.
• Experience with control equipment, PLCs, BMS/EPMS, and Fire systems is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests promptly.
• Handle emergency calls during shift work.
• Assist the Operations Lead in daily DC Operations to maintain 100% uptime of critical M&E systems.
• Conduct daily DC walkthroughs to record faults and report defects.
• Ensure alarms (EPMS, BMS, Fire) are addressed per escalation plan.
• Induct subcontractors and review safety procedures and MSDS.
• Maintain logs of instrument readings and stock levels.
• Brief and handover outstanding issues to the next shift.
