Job summary

Rainbow Centre Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, AES to provide leadership, strategic oversight and accountability for an assigned service area (e.g., DAC or DCMP). The role ensures services are person-centered, outcomes-focused and aligned with Rainbow Centre's priorities, funding requirements and regulatory obligations.

You will translate organisational strategies into operational plans, lead workforce and resource management, quality and risk governance, and develop multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

A recognised degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in management, leadership or a related field would be advantageous

Responsibilities

Translate organisational strategies into operational priorities and oversee service planning.
Lead programme operations, performance monitoring and delivery of services.
Foster stakeholder engagement and partnerships to support service goals.
Provide people leadership and build capability across teams.
Ensure quality assurance, risk governance and continuous improvement.
