The Singapore Cheshire Home is seeking a DAC Centre Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Multiple Disability Day Activity Centre, integrating Occupational Therapy principles to promote clients’ independence and participation.
This role collaborates with therapists, nurses and social workers to deliver person-centred care, maintain documentation, manage programmes and support staff development in a supportive environment.
The DAC Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service delivery of the Multiple Disability Day Activity Centre (DAC), ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred and meaningful care and activity support. The role combines operational leadership with Occupational Therapy principles to promote clients’ functional abilities, independence, participation and quality of life. The Supervisor works closely with care staff, caregivers, Allied Health Professionals and other stakeholders to develop and implement programmes that meet individual needs and goals and reports monthly to the Head of Therapy on operational and programme matters.
