Day Activity Care Centre & Programme Assistant

Locations: Woodlands / Hougang

Salary: $2,200 –$2,600

Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!)

Working Hours:

  • Woodlands: 8:00am–5:00pm
  • Hougang: 8:30am–5:30pm

Join a dedicated team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in a safe,caring, and structured environment. Help individuals with Down Syndrome, autism, and developmental delays build skills, gain confidence, and live more fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure clients’ safety, hygiene & well-being
  • Support daily programmes and learning activities
  • Teach and reinforce daily living & social skills
  • Encourage positive behaviour and pro-social habits
  • Record attendance, progress updates, ABC charts & incident reportsli>
  • Work with caregivers, volunteers & teammates to support clients
  • Monitor clients’ emotional & physical needs
  • Suggest and support new programme ideas
  • Participate in centre events & activities
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Secondary / N /O-Level
  • Experience in disability care or social services is a bonus
  • Patient, responsible, empathetic & passionate about helping others
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
