Job summary

VionData Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore expects a Data Center Hands & Feet Technician to support daily data centre operations and hardware maintenance. You will perform routine health checks, monitor environmental conditions and assist engineers with remote hands tasks.

The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Electronics, at least 1 year in a data centre, and familiarity with server hardware and structured cabling. Strong documentation, communication, and independence are essential.

Qualifications

At least 1 year in a data centre or IT infrastructure environment.
Experience with server installation and rack & stack.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and health checks of data centre facilities and IT equipment.
Monitor servers, racks, storage systems, network devices and environmental conditions.
Execute remote hands requests from engineering teams, customers and vendors.
Support maintenance activities and infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain asset records and participate in audits.
