Job summary

BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous data verifier to support a data verification and reconciliation project. You will review records, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy through systematic checks.

The role is a 6-month contract, on-site in the East, with a monthly salary of SGD 2,900. Candidates should have strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and highly accurate when handling data.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data filtering and sorting, and basic data analysis functions.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in data verification, data reconciliation, data administration, finance operations, or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify collection records against data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile records and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Flag payment variances and records requiring review or correction.
• Document findings clearly, accurately and in an organised manner.
• Assist with data updates and record corrections according to procedures.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
