Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Data Business Analyst to support a client on a data and AI strategy initiative. This role is highly stakeholder-facing, focused on discovery, workshops, assessment and developing a practical roadmap.

You will facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders, assess data capabilities, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for AI and automation. You will contribute to an AI strategy and roadmap and present findings to senior leadership during an

Qualifications

Must have strong business analysis background with a data focus.
Experience in data governance, analytics, reporting, data management or data transformation.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to translate complex findings into practical recommendations.
Experience producing strategy, roadmaps or advisory outputs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
Assess current data capabilities, governance and maturity.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Identify opportunities for AI, automation and better use of data.
Develop recommendations and contribute to an AI strategy and roadmap.
Prepare clear reports, presentations and findings for senior stakeholders.
Identify risks, gaps and priorities across the current data environment.
