Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd invites a Principal Data Platform Architect to design, build, and govern enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric across on-premises and cloud environments. You will define scalable data ingestion, transformation, and integration patterns while upholding data quality and security standards.

You will lead architecture discussions, mentor engineering teams, and drive DataOps, CI/CD, and governance improvements to enable robust Power BI analytics and reporting

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Data Platform Architecture.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Data Warehouse).
• Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise-scale data modernization.
• Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and Medallion Architecture knowledge.
• Experience with hybrid data integration and real-time pipelines.
• Knowledge of Power BI, data governance, security (RBAC), compliance, and audit frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD automation, and release management.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams.
