Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd (EA License Number: 97C4832) is seeking a Junior–Mid AI Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams in Singapore. You will help frame AI/ML use cases, explore client data, and articulate ROI through practical solutions.

Based in Telok Ayer, the role offers a 1-year contract (convertible based on performance) with Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and a salary range of SGD 4,500–6,500 per month. Previous consulting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Consulting, or related field (consulting background preferred).
• Foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation, querying, and script‑based data exploration.
• A solid conceptual understanding of modern AI paradigms—including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze unstructured business problems, identify root causes, and present clear solutions.
• Strong written and verbal skills; ability to communicate technical ideas to non‑technical stakeholders without heavy jargon.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, iterative build‑and‑test environments.

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Junior-Mid AI Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands business workflows, possesses hands‑on programming knowledge, and is passionate about applied AI/ML technologies. As a Junior–Mid Analyst, you will help identify business problems, explore client data, frame AI/ML use cases for technical teams, and ensure the final solution delivers a clear return on investment.

    • Work with clients and senior teammates to analyze business challenges, map workflows (service blueprints) to better understand customer journey in order to identify gaps and opportunities for AI/ML use cases.

    • Proactively analyze and explore client data (or analogous public/industry data) to identify key data sources, assess data quality, and determine data readiness for AI/ML initiatives.
