The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Generative AI/ML experience, plus fluent Japanese to engage clients. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in pre‑sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/DS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/IS or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Generative AI, ML, DS, or AI app development.
• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Build full-stack AI solutions including frontend, backend, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Create agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio and AI frameworks.
• Design secure, scalable cloud-based AI architectures.
• Analyse data to generate actionable business insights and build ML models.
• Collaborate with clients and run workshops on AI adoption and data strategy.
• Support pre-sales with prototypes and proofs-of-concepts.

Our client, a well-known Japanese firm is currently looking for a Japanese Speaking AI/Data Science Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI platforms.

• Build and integrate full-stack AI solutions, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Create agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and relevant AI frameworks.

• Design secure, scalable cloud-based AI architectures while staying updated on emerging trends in AI technologies.

• Analyse structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.

• Develop machine learning models and apply advanced analytics methods such as forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection.

• Execute experiments, including A/B testing, to assess business impacts and support data-driven decisions.

• Create dashboards, visualizations, and ML pipelines for analytics and model deployment.

• Collaborate with Japanese speaking clients to translate business needs into data-driven AI solutions, helping them to identify use cases and develop implementation roadmaps.

• Conduct workshops on AI adoption and data strategy, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Support pre-sales activities by developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts to engage clients effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI application development.

• Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking clients and counterparts.
