Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, technical consulting, AI/ML projects, or related field; consulting experience is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation and exploration.
• Good understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, map workflows, and identify opportunities for AI/ML adoption.
• Define project objectives, scope, requirements, and success metrics; develop product vision and roadmaps; assess ROI.
• Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions; liaise between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams; prepare proposals communicating AI capabilities and business benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Business Discovery & Use Case Identification

  Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, map workflows, and identify opportunities for AI/ML adoption.

  Explore client or public datasets to assess data quality, availability, and readiness for AI/ML applications.

  Translate business problems into clearly defined AI/ML use cases aligned with business objectives.

• 2. Project Scoping & Strategy

  Define project objectives, scope, requirements, and success metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

  Develop product vision, project roadmaps, and implementation plans, including prioritization of key features and deliverables.

  Contribute to business cases and ROI assessments to evaluate the potential value and feasibility of AI/ML initiatives.

• 3. Client Engagement & Solution Collaboration

  Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements.

  Act as a liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated.

  Collaborate with solution architects and AI/ML engineers to conceptualize solutions and support rapid prototyping.

  Prepare presentations and proposals that communicate AI capabilities, solution approaches, and business benefits in clear, accessible language.

  Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, technical consulting, AI/ML projects, or a related field. Consulting experience is an advantage.
• Decent working knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation, querying, and exploratory data analysis.
• Good conceptual understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
