Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Officer on a 12‑month non‑renewable government contract in Pasir Panjang.

The role involves data collection, cleaning, and managing data from the system database, with liaison to care providers for timely submissions and robust analyses for policy reporting. You will work with IT and HF teams to enhance the SuSy data module, handle ad‑hoc requests, and support meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, filtering, reconciliation and data manipulation).
• Comfortable engaging and coordinating with external stakeholders, including healthcare and community care providers, to facilitate timely and accurate submission of data returns.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and applying systematic quality checks, including data standardisation, mapping, validation and exception handling.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines concurrently, including tracking submissions, following up with stakeholders, and coordinating data verification exercises.
• Possesses a strong sense of ownership and perseverance in resolving data issues, including extensive follow-up with stakeholders and iterative data verification and cleaning processes.
• Able to analyse and synthesise data into meaningful insights, charts and presentations to support policy development, operational planning and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Data collection, data cleaning, and the management of data arising from the system database;
• Preparation of annual local-foreign and attrition analyses;
• Review of system module and SOPs to improve data collection; work with IT and HF teams to develop new manpower data module on SuSy platform;
• Assist in ad-hoc data requests and analysis;
• Assist in other administrative tasks for the team, including setting up of meetings
