Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services is seeking an analyst to assist with survey design, data collection and reporting. You will collate responses, clean data, and build dashboards to support stakeholders. The role involves data analysis, generating insights for management, and providing troubleshooting support.

1 year contract, 5‑days work week, hours 9am–6pm with variations by task. Strong Excel and data visualization skills are helpful, and familiarity with PivotTables/Power BI will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Willingness to commit to a 12-month full-time contract.
• Good written and verbal communication and numeracy skills.
• Meticulous, organised and willing to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable managing large spreadsheets and/or databases independently.
• Experience with survey administration, quantitative data analysis or data visualization will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with PivotTables, data cleaning or Power BI will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing and administering survey questionnaires.
• Collate survey responses, clean data and maintain databases.
• Analyse datasets and generate insights to support reporting.
• Prepare data reports, dashboards and visualisations.
• Provide troubleshooting support to survey respondents and data users.
• Assist with administrative tasks, meetings and department activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
