Job summary

URA in Singapore seeks a Data Product Manager for URBEX and DPLab to drive data products that integrate land and space information from multiple sources, collaborating with planners and agencies. You will translate user needs into technical requirements, set data standards and governance, and guide delivery across workstreams to improve urban planning outcomes.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and GIS experience, with ArcGIS, FME, Jira and Confluence to deliver scalable data

Responsibilities

Bridge planners, stakeholders and development teams to understand workflows and translate them into actionable requirements.
Maintain enterprise-level data product views balancing user needs with strategic objectives.
Shape and support Land and Space data products with Product Owners and dev teams.
Drive common data standards and governance across agencies and stakeholders.
Undertake data management and governance, including metadata and data pipelines.
