Job summary

Traveloka Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Data Product Manager to lead the analytics function for our rapidly growing teams. You will be the primary data partner for the business, transforming raw data into business strategy and directly influencing the product roadmap.

Your core mission is to ensure smart, fast, and accurate decisions by providing actionable insights, driving experimentation, and defining success metrics for the travel activities vertical.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years experience in data analytics, BI, or data science, ideally in a high-growth tech, ecommerce, or travel environment.
• Expert-level SQL for querying and manipulating large, complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or R) for advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools to build clear dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; translate data findings for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to design, own, and evangelize the KPI framework and experimentation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Drive actionable insights through deep-dive analyses to uncover growth, optimization, and product improvement opportunities.
• Champion experimentation by designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and multivariate experiments; build the roadmap.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing timely analysis and clear recommendations to leadership.
• Define and measure success by developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards serving as the single source of truth.
