Qualifications

• Requires a degree or diploma in any field and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and handle administrative documents.
• Provide support for training and auditing.
• Apply data analytics skills to support reporting, insights generation, and decision-making.
• Utilize AI tools and their applications to enhance productivity, analysis, and process improvements.
• Input data into applications and systems with high accuracy.
• Assist with meeting preparations, minute-taking and follow-through on actions.
• Understand processes and prepare workflow documents per SOPs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with work processes.
• Plan, organize, and execute events/roadshows.
• Work with Management to track and report on project progress and prioritize information needs.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency of operations and support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
