Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a Data Migration & Cutover SME to join a large-scale Finance Transformation programme in Singapore. You will support data migration, operational readiness, and cutover execution for the Accounting & Reporting workstream.

The objective is to ensure accurate data migration into Oracle Fusion, execute a controlled, low-risk cutover, and enable a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations, collaborating with Finance, Technology, PMO, Change teams and

Qualifications

7+ years in data migration, cutover management or operational readiness in ERP programmes.
Experience with Oracle Fusion or ERP financial systems end-to-end.
Hands-on with data migration tools such as FBDI and ADFdi.
Ability to manage complex stakeholders and meet tight timelines.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Experience coordinating across Finance, Technology, and PMO teams.

Responsibilities

Support data migration planning, sequencing, timelines, and governance.
Define data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation rules with Finance/Tech teams.
Oversee end-to-end data migration activities into Oracle Fusion (historical balances, master data, subledger).
Ensure data accuracy through robust reconciliation and Finance sign-off.
Develop and maintain cutover plans and runbooks; coordinate go-live activities.
Support post go-live stability and stakeholder communication.
Governance, risk, and issue management across Finance, Tech, PMO and vendors.
