Job summary

Rolling Arrays, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Senior Data Migration Consultant to lead Oracle HCM data migration workstreams end-to-end on mid-to-large implementations. You will own the migration strategy—from legacy data analysis through object sequencing and mock runs—while managing the client data team and mentoring junior consultants.

The role emphasizes HDL mastery, complex transformation design, dress rehearsals, and a controlled production cutover with clear go/no-go criteria.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Oracle HCM experience with end-to-end data migration ownership on at least two live implementations
• Expert HDL knowledge: has loaded complex objects beyond Core HR and resolved their failure modes
• Designed and executed at least two production cutover migrations including dress rehearsal, delta data strategy, and go/no-go decisions
• Python or SQL proficiency for transformation automation and post-load reconciliation at scale
• Demonstrated client data team governance—sets quality gates and escalates delivery issues

Responsibilities

• Own the data migration strategy—determine object load sequence and mock run schedule
• Lead legacy data analysis—profile source systems and identify mapping gaps
• Design transformations for complex objects (e.g., calculation cards, salary history)
• Govern the mock run cycle—set acceptance criteria and sign-off
• Plan and execute production cutover—define timeline and go/no-go criteria
• Mentor junior consultants—review HDL files and build capability
