• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth, with a strong focus on efficiency, measurable results, and market impact.
• Plan marketing activities strategically by leveraging data and insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure smooth and accurate execution of marketing campaigns, including proper coordination and communication of information.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics, evaluate outcomes objectively, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analysing campaign results and market feedback.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess growth potential within existing and emerging industries such as Research Institutions, Robotics, Biomedical, and Electric Vehicles.
• Maintain and enhance the company's CRM database by ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Engage with customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support the sales team by preparing reports, analysing sales data to uncover business opportunities, and providing administrative support when required.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to improve sales performance and marketing effectiveness.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Power Automate will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with confidence in communicating with customers and prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Experience & Qualifications
