PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced DLP & Information Protection professional to enhance controls across APAC.

You will engage stakeholders to identify HVAs and sensitive data, translate risk requirements into practical DLP methods, and analyze policy effectiveness. You will liaise with business, risk, information security, and technology teams to implement controls and support governance activities.

Formación

• Degree in IT, cyber security or risk management.
• 5–8 years in DLP, information protection or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and policy design.

• Document requirements and support testing, validation and deployment of DLP controls.
• Assist governance activities, project coordination, and audit documentation.
• Support strategic DLP and Purview initiatives across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Support the enhancement and maturity of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Information Protection controls across the APAC region.
• Engage stakeholders to identify, assess, and classify High Value Assets (HVAs) and other sensitive information requiring protection.
• Translate business and information risk requirements into practical DLP detection methodologies, including sensitivity labels, classifiers, keywords, and document fingerprinting techniques.
• Analyze DLP policy effectiveness, alerts, and exceptions, and recommend tuning and improvement measures.
• Act as a liaison between business, risk, information security, and technology teams to facilitate DLP control implementation.
• Document functional requirements and support testing, validation, and deployment of DLP controls.
• Assist in information protection governance activities, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and audit documentation.
• Support strategic DLP and Microsoft Purview Information Protection initiatives across APAC.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, Information Security, Technology Risk, Data Governance, or related fields.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, including policy design, testing, tuning, monitoring, and effectiveness assessment.
• Good understanding of DLP controls across email, endpoint, web, and other data transfer channels.
• Experience in data classification, sensitivity labels, classifiers, document fingerprinting, or High Value Asset (HVA) protection initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional and cross-functional environment.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity certifications, CISSP, CISM, or similar qualifications will be an advantage.
