• Strong background in requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, gathering, policy design, testing, implementation.
• Proven capability to independently drive implementations, manage multiple stakeholders across countries, and deliver project outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, data protection, or information security is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes rather than operate solely as a project coordinator.
