PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced DLP & Information Protection professional to enhance controls across APAC.

You will engage stakeholders to identify HVAs and sensitive data, translate risk requirements into practical DLP methods, and analyze policy effectiveness. You will liaise with business, risk, information security, and technology teams to implement controls and support governance activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, cyber security or risk management.
• 5–8 years in DLP, information protection or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and policy design.

Responsabilités

• Support DLP and information protection controls across APAC.
• Engage stakeholders to identify HVAs and sensitive data.
• Translate risk requirements into practical DLP methods (labels, classifiers, fingerprints).
• Analyze policy effectiveness, alerts and exceptions; suggest improvements.
• Act as a liaison between business, risk, information security and technology.
• Document requirements and support testing, validation and deployment of DLP controls.
• Assist governance activities, project coordination, and audit documentation.
• Support strategic DLP and Purview initiatives across APAC.
