Job summary

Eastspring Investments in Singapore seeks a senior governance leader to oversee the outsourced middle office service provider for IABOR data. You will ensure data accuracy, timeliness and control integrity across pricing, transactions and positions, while shaping the operating model and governance framework.

You will drive issue escalation, remediation and continuous improvement, partnering with Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to manage performance, risks and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in asset management middle office or data governance roles.
• Experience with outsourced service provider oversight and governance.
• Strong data quality, root cause analysis and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the governance and oversight of the outsourced middle office for IABOR data across pricing, transactions and positions.
• Strengthen governance, control frameworks and service provider performance.
• Lead issue escalation, remediation and resolution of data breaks and exceptions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance on risk and regulatory changes.
• Monitor service levels and drive improvements in data quality and processes.
