Job summary

Indosuez Wealth Management seeks a proactive Data Governance Analyst to support the Asia COO Department in Singapore. This role centers on governance, data management, reporting, and risk oversight within private banking operations.

You will develop dashboards, KPIs, budget monitoring, outsourcing oversight, and governance documentation while driving automation and process improvements across the COO function. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in data governance, data management, analytics, risk management, or related banking/financial services roles.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations, such as MAS and HKMA, is an advantage.
• Experience in private banking or governance-related roles is preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or Power BI skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for departmental activities.
• Oversee budget and resource monitoring (FTE); analyze variances and propose corrective actions.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate resource allocation and financial forecasting.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects; support automation and system adaptations.
• Oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management; prepare monitoring lists and conduct due diligence.
