Eastspring Investments is seeking a seasoned Middle Office Oversight professional to provide governance across end-to-end middle office activities. You will collaborate with outsourced providers, custodians, and brokers to ensure operational integrity and timely delivery across asset classes.

The role emphasizes issue management, KPI monitoring, and continuous process improvements, with a focus on strong governance and risk controls within a global asset management context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in asset management, preferably in middle office/oversight roles.
• Strong understanding of asset management operations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and oversight of end-to-end middle office activities across asset classes.
• Act as Deputy to Head of Middle Office Oversight; manage transaction, derivatives, and reconciliations.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery commitments with service providers.
• Escalate and resolve issues impacting service quality and timeliness.
• Prepare performance scorecards and conduct service reviews for senior management.
• Collaborate with custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade issues.
• Drive continuous process improvement and control enhancements.
