• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role focusing on event technology, data management and event coordination and execution.
• Proficiency with RainFocus platform and reporting capabilities.
• Strong ability to create reports and dashboards to track registration trends, attendance and ROI.
• Extensive experience in client relations and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: oversee event builds, configurations, registration paths, sessions and exhibitor portals, RainFocus familiarity preferred.
• Data Extraction & Reporting: develop automated reports and dashboards for event performance insights.
• Data Quality & Integrity: ensure data accuracy and clean-up across systems.
• Integration & Troubleshooting: collaborate with teams to ensure data flow between platforms.
• Performance Analysis: identify trends and improvements to optimize future events.
• Client & Budget Management: manage client expectations and project budgets.
