Dickson Group is seeking 2 meticulous Accounts Assistants for a 2-month contract to support the Finance team with data entry and administrative tasks. Enter and update records, ensure accuracy, and learn on the job in a supportive environment.

No prior accounting experience is required; you should be computer-literate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The role is a Contract for Service with compensation depending on experience, located near Ubi MRT.

Qualifications

• No accounting experience required; training will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
• Strong accuracy and data-entry discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day data entry for accounting and administrative records.
• Update daily receipt and payment records accurately and promptly.
• Check entries against supporting documents and highlight discrepancies.
• Maintain organised filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist the Finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks.
