Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Process Engineer for our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing site to own manufacturing processes, deliver day-to-day engineering support and drive improvements across NPI readiness and production readiness.

You will work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams to enhance yield, quality and process capability through data-led problem solving and structured improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing/engineering experience; internships/projects encouraged.
• Familiar with SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, DOE, FMEA and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in Excel; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
• Analytical, collaborative and quality/safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve process performance: yield, scrap, Cp/Cpk and quality metrics.
• Review production data to identify trends and support corrective actions.
• Maintain process stability through controls and continuous monitoring.
• Develop and improve SOPs, PFMEAs and Control Plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks.
• Ensure process documentation is accurate and compliant with standards.
• Apply DOE, GR&R and 8D/DMAIC methods to improve processes.
• Support New Product Introduction and production readiness testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product launches.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations.
• Communicate findings and actions to stakeholders.
