Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on an automated manufacturing line.
• Diploma/ITC in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and distinguish signals, indicators and labels for safety.
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑driven and collaborative in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor line performance, yield and quality with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide first level troubleshooting and assist root‑cause investigations.
• Support engineers with daily production issues and continuous improvements.
• Carry out engineering builds and process trials per procedures.
• Record process data accurately and perform basic defect checks.
• Train operators using work instructions and uphold safety and 5S standards.
