Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Process Engineer at our Singapore Advanced Manufacturing site. You will own assigned manufacturing processes, provide day-to-day engineering support, and use production data and problem-solving to improve quality, yield and process capability.

You will work with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams on readiness, trials and production ramp-up. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong documentation, and collaboration across functions to sustain safe, stable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing/engineering experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, GR&R, DOE, FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficient in Excel or equivalent data-analysis tools; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve process performance, including yield, scrap, Cp/Cpk and quality metrics for assigned processes.
• Review production data to identify trends, variations and performance gaps; support corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain and improve SOPs, Work Instructions, PFMEAs and Control Plans; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Conduct process risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks.
• Support NPI readiness, process trials, equipment qualification and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPI teams to deliver product launches and ramp-up.
