Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT, or equivalent
- MINDEF Security Directive (MSD) CAT 1 security clearance required
- 2 years' experience in system analysis and design with Java training or certification OR 1 year experience in MINDEF / SAF Java EE projects
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document detailed business requirements, producing comprehensive BRDs
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation
- Translate business requirements into precise functional specifications for solution implementation
- Design and document solutions including process flows, data models, and integration strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution practicality and alignment with business objectives
- Develop UAT plans and test cases, participating in testing to ensure solution robustness
- Monitor platform usage and performance metrics to identify improvements based on data-driven insights
- Stay informed on platform updates and emerging features, assess their impact and relevance
- Implement enhancements to improve platform efficiency and effectiveness for digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
