Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end delivery of a strategic data transformation programme centered on Databricks-based data hubs. You will align business, technology, data, and governance across multiple markets, navigating regulatory environments to ensure measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data platform programmes including Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Platform.
• Strong understanding of data architecture concepts: data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and medallion architecture.
• Experience in financial services or banking environments with regulatory/compliance exposure.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country or regional programmes and multi-vendor delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate programme value to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platform and data hub programmes across regions and workstreams.
• Provide oversight of modern data stack delivery including Databricks, data lakes, medallion architecture, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across country teams, technology, and central data offices.
• Manage delivery with vendors and system integrators to ensure consistent standards.
