Unison Consulting is seeking a Lead Solution Architect – Data Engineering to drive end‑to‑end Databricks engagements across APAC. You will lead architecture decisions, oversee the delivery of data platforms, and mentor engineers while shaping go‑to‑market offerings.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in data engineering/architecture, deep Spark expertise, and hands‑on experience with large migrations and cloud transformations across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data engineering/architecture.
• 3+ years on Databricks at enterprise scale.
• Deep Spark expertise and lakehouse fluency.
• Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end architecture and design decisions on Databricks engagements.
• Lead delivery of production‑grade data platforms (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, governance).
• Drive large migrations and cloud transformations across Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Hands‑on tuning, reviews, and setting engineering standards for the team.
