Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Project Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic data transformation programme focused on building enterprise data hubs on Databricks. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering data or platform transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure Data Platform projects.
• Strong data architecture knowledge: data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT.
• Experience in financial services or banking with regulatory exposure.
• Experience managing multi-country or regional programmes.
• Experience managing multi-vendor delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management to engage senior leadership.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, audit, and regulatory frameworks.
• PM fundamentals: scope, budget, timelines, risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data platform programmes.
• Oversee Databricks-based data hub architecture, data lakes, ETL/ELT.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and governance.
• Coordinate cross-regional stakeholders and governance forums.
• Manage vendors and system integrators; ensure delivery standards.
• Apply Agile or hybrid delivery and set milestones.
• Provide executive reporting and risk management.
