Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an Engineering and Tendering Manager to support its expansion into Malaysia's data centre and mission-critical infrastructure market. The role is based in Singapore and will lead technical support for tenders and bids across electrical systems and related infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering background with data centre or substation experience, plus exposure to tendering, bidding, or pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Requires electrical/MEP/EPC background with data centre exposure.
• Experience with tendering, bidding or pre-sales is essential.
• Familiarity with MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS and generators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for data centre/substation tenders and bids.
• Review specifications, drawings, SLDs and technical requirements.
• Identify technical risks, gaps, deviations and cost implications.
• Develop solutions with OEMs, suppliers and engineering partners.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements and tender submissions.
• Support projects from tender stage through technical handover.
