Qualifications

• Preferably with formal technical certification such as Cisco CCNA.
• Experience in scripting and programming with network automation tooling on Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitLab is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wired and wireless network access infrastructure and support Data Centre network operations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose tickets related to network access and performance issues.
• Support and perform routine automation tasks and network configuration management.
