Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Field Service Engineer/Technician to deliver hands-on technical service for MTU engines and related equipment at data centres and workshops.

You will commission, install, troubleshoot and maintain systems, report findings, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines while representing the MTU brand. On-site duties across Singapore with travel as required.

Qualifications

• ITE, Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a service or maintenance engineering environment, preferably within power systems or industrial equipment sectors.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair MTU engines and related equipment at customer sites or workshop.
• Independently manage field service jobs according to work orders with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct system acceptance tests and provide detailed service reports with corrective actions.
• Diagnose mechanical or system issues and implement timely solutions.
• Submit travel and job completion reports documenting milestones and outcomes.
